____ A very strong-growing, evergreen climber, reaching up to 5 m,
with 4 to 9 cm lanceolate, glossy dark green leaves; flowers reddish
to yellow-red, appearing in June/July - a valuable, hardy
climber, tolerant to shade. Zone 6b.
periclymenum ´Serotina´ - Woodbine
____ A strong-growing, twining plant, reaching 3 to 4 m high; flowers
appearing in June/July, with a bright red outer surface and white
within; fruits bright red, and last long on plant - a very free-flowering
cultivar with intensive-coloured flowers. Zone 6a.
tellmanniana (= L. ´Redgold´) - Tellman Honeysuckle
____ A deciduous, very strong-growing, twining plant, reaching 5 to
6 m high; leaves elliptic to oval, deep green above, white and
downy underneath; flowers deep orange-yellow, appearing in
May/June in whorls on terminal ends of the uppermost leaves
that are united together - one of the most valuable, twining cultivars.

high; individual shoots are slightly protruding and hanging;

inconspicuous, greenish-white, appearing in July/August; fruits
