____ A dense-growing, 1 to 1.5 m tall shrub; young shoots and leaves<br />

very downy; leaves serrated; flowers white with a pink centre,<br />

appearing in April/May before leaf break; fruits scarlet red,<br />

round, appearing in autumn - an exceptionally free-flowering,<br />

delicate shrub. S, K. Zone 5a.<br />

triloba (= triloba plena) - Flowering Almond<br />

____ A plant on its own roots with numerous, dense-growing, slender,<br />

long and rod-like shoots growing to a medium-large shrub; pink<br />
