(a) Describe the topography shown in these two figures.

(b) Using a colored pencil, trace the long axis of one of the numbered drumlins in Figure 15.9. What is its orientation

(using azimuth notation)?

(c) Do the same for the other numbered drumlins. What do these axes suggest about the direction in which the

continental glacier flowed across this area? Indicate that direction with an arrow.
