On Thursday evening, after Group B, the poster boards need to be cleared in order to allow re-
numbering of the boards for the next day. The organizers will otherwise need to take the posters off
and will not be responsible for lost or damaged posters.

Gala Diner
The Gala Diner will take place at the Hotel Le Royal (12, Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg) on
Thursday, January 26th starting at 21H00. Additional tickets are NOT available at the registration
desk.
Transportation
Our bus shuttles will bring the participants from the hotels to the meeting center in the morning and
back to the hotels or city center in the evening. Please note that the busses leave between 6h30 and
