• Dem<strong>on</strong>strati<strong>on</strong> <strong>of</strong> track record with project references.<br />
• Total number <strong>of</strong> operatives directly employed full time in ventilati<strong>on</strong> design<br />
<strong>and</strong> installati<strong>on</strong> work.<br />
• Membership <strong>of</strong> appropriate trade body.<br />
• Quality assurance<br />
• Work with quality systems or to accredited quality st<strong>and</strong>ards<br />
• Qualificati<strong>on</strong>s <strong>and</strong> technical training <strong>of</strong> staff<br />
• Health <strong>and</strong> safety<br />
• Insurance<br />
• Heath <strong>and</strong> safety policy<br />
• Records <strong>of</strong> training <strong>and</strong> competency<br />
• Safety/accident records<br />
• Full details <strong>of</strong> any pr<strong>of</strong>essi<strong>on</strong>al indemnity, employer’s liability, public liability<br />
<strong>and</strong> c<strong>on</strong>tractors all risk policy, clearly stating any limitati<strong>on</strong>s <strong>on</strong> cover.<br />
