Reserves d’habitatge protegit previstes en el planejament Segons la llei vigent, els nous sectors i polígons han de reservar sostre per habitatge protegit. Aquestes reserves d’HPO es troben al nucli de Palafrugell i no als nuclis de costa. Els sectors i polígons es troben en diferents estats de desenvolupament però cap d’ells encara no està construït.
