Modave - rue du Parc
Implanté sur un piton rocheux dominant la vallée du Hoyoux, le château de
Modave également appelé « château des Comtes de Marchin » date de la fin du
XVIIe s. Une vingtaine de salles richement décorées et meublées sont accessibles
au public.
Hoch auf einem Felsplateau über dem Tal des Hoyoux thront Schloss Modave,
das auch „Schloss der Grafen von Marchin“ genannt wird. Es stammt aus dem
17. Jh. Zwanzig reich möblierte und dekorierte Salons sind für das Publikum
zugänglich.

Hoog bovenop een rotsachtige klif over de vallei van de Hoyoux staat Kasteel
Modave, ook « Kasteel van de Graven van Marchin » genoemd, en daterende uit
de late 17de eeuw. Een twintigtal rijkelijk gedecoreerde en gemeubelde zalen
staan open voor het publiek.
High-up on a rocky spire overlooking the valley of the Hoyoux stands Modave
Castle, also known as « Castle of the counts of Marchin »; it dates back to the
late 17th century. Some 20 richly decorated and furnished rooms are made
accessible to the public.
