Untuk membuat cake ini diperlukan bahan sebagai berikut:<br />

100 gram wholewheat flour<br />

50 gram tepung terigu protein sedang.<br />

1 sendok teh kayu manis bubuk<br />

1sendok teh baking powder<br />

50 gram nanas parut<br />

50 gram wortel parut halus<br />

50 gram madu<br />

50 gram minyak bunga matahari (sun flower oil)<br />

75 ml air<br />

50 gram almon, cincang kasar<br />

150 gram putih telur<br />

½ sendok teh garam<br />

½ sendok teh cream of tartar<br />

75 gram gula pasir<br />

Bahan topping:<br />

50 ml susu kedelai tawar<br />

100 gr dark cooking shocolate, potong-potong<br />

Cara membuat:<br />

1. Ayak wholewheat flour, terigu, kayumanis dan baking powder.<br />

2. Campur nanas, wortel, madu, sun flower oil, air dan almon, aduk<br />

rata.<br />

3. Tuang ke campuran tepung sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk<br />

perlahan.<br />

4. Kocok putih telur, garam, dan cream of tartar sampai setengah<br />

kembang, tambahkan gula pasir sedikit demi sedikit sambil dikocok<br />

sampai mengembang.<br />

5. Tuang sedikit sedikit ke campuran tepung, sambil diaduk perlahan.<br />
