Fixed AssetsPerusahaan dan Anak perusahaanmenerapkan PSAK No. 16 (Revisi 2007),“Aset Tetap” (“PSAK 16 Revisi”). Perusahaandan Anak perusahaan telah memilih untukmenggunakan model biaya sebagai kebijakanakuntansi pengukuran aset tetapnya; olehkarenanya, saldo selisih penilaian kembaliaset tetap yang disajikan sebagai bagian dariekuitas pada tahun 2007 telah direklasifikasike saldo laba pada tahun 2008. Nilai revaluasiaset tetap dianggap sebagai biaya perolehan(deemed cost) dan biaya perolehan tersebutadalah nilai pada saat PSAK 16 Revisiditerapkan.Penyusutan dan amortisasi pada Perusahaan,BPI dan SEAPI dihitung berdasarkan metodepenyusutan, taksiran masa manfaat ekonomisdan tarif sebagai berikut:The Company and its Subsidiaries appliedPSAK No. 16 (Revised 2007), “Fixed Assets”(“Revised PSAK 16”).
