Eccoci arrivati al decimo numero di CORTINA.TOPic. Una bella strada, quella che abbiamo percorso assieme. Con un obiettivo interessante, quello di dar vita — cinque stagioni or sono — a una rivista dalla doppia vocazione: di approfondimento e promozione, capace di immortalare la Cortina che ci piace e di dar voce a chi la ama, guardando sempre al futuro, forti di un illustre passato.

Sport dal 1930: Sci club 18<br />
Befana dedicata ai bambini, ma questa volta non c’è dolce o carbone che tenga, solo<br />
l’abilità e la voglia di vincere. Saranno le categorie Ragazzi e Allievi (nati tra il 1997 e<br />
il 2000) a darsi battaglia durante il Grand Prix Aviva, gara di slalom gigante sul Monte<br />
Faloria in programma il 6 gennaio 2013. Mentre divertimento, sport, solidarietà<br />
e buona cucina saranno gli ingredienti della Coppa Telethon, gara di slalom gigante<br />
in programma il 16 febbraio 2013 sulle nevi di Col Gallina. La sfida è aperta a tutti i<br />
bambini e l’intero ricavato sarà devoluto alla charity italiana che si occupa della cura<br />
delle malattie genetiche rare. È dedicato al figlio Jacopo, il IV slalom fra le nuvole, organizzato<br />
da Paolo Zardini il primo aprile 2013: gara di slalom gigante a scopi benefici<br />
il cui ricavato andrà a sostegno di progetti che coinvolgono le strutture sanitarie di<br />
<strong>Cortina</strong> e dei paesi vicini.<br />
The kindly old witch will not bring coal or candies, only the ability and the determination to<br />
win. Young ski-racers born from 1997 and 2000 will compete for the Grand Prix Aviva, a<br />
giant slalom race on Mount Faloria scheduled on 6th January, 2013. Entertainment, fun,<br />
sport, solidarity and good food will be the ingredients of the Coppa Telethon, a giant slalom<br />
race scheduled on 16th February, 2013 on Col Gallina ski runs. The challenge is open to all<br />
the children and the proceeds will be donated to the Italian non-profit charity for the treatment<br />
of rare genetic diseases. The IV slalom among the clouds, the giant slalom race organized<br />
by Paolo Zardini on 1st April, 2013, is dedicated to his son Jacopo; the proceedings will<br />
support the projects involving the medical structures of <strong>Cortina</strong> and of the nearby villages.<br />

Coppa del Mondo di sci alpino femminile<br />
e Fis World Snow Day<br />
Il 19 e 20 gennaio 2013, appuntamento – numero 21 –<br />
col grande sci sulla spettacolare pista Olympia delle<br />
Tofane. Tanti gli eventi off organizzati per l’occasione,<br />
come la seconda edizione del Top of the Dolomites<br />
Music Festival, con i migliori dj in alta quota. Per gli<br />
amanti dell’aperitivo, suggestivo après-ski Top Bar:<br />
dalle ore 9.30 di sabato 19 gennaio sarà possibile godersi<br />
la gara sorseggiando un drink in pista. Senza dimenticare,<br />
domenica 20, il divertimento dei più piccoli,<br />
con la seconda edizione del Fis World Snow Day.<br />
On 19th and 20th January, the appointment is with the<br />
twenty-first edition of the spectacular world cup race on<br />
the Olympia ski run in the Tofane. Many ancillary events<br />
are scheduled like the second edition of the Top of the<br />
Dolomites Music Festival with the best mile-high DJ’s or<br />
a charming après-ski at the Top Bar where spectators can<br />
watch the race while sipping their drinks on the ski run<br />
from 9:30 a.m. Of Saturday 19th January. 20th January,<br />
2013, in <strong>Cortina</strong>, and in many resorts around the world,<br />
is the day devoted to learning safety on the mountains in<br />
cooperation with the Police Forces. Family and in particular<br />
children will be able to train along an obstacle course,<br />
simulate avalanche rescuing with trained dogs and have<br />
fun in the outdoors.<br />
