De integratie en herstructurering van de activiteiten van de voormalige
Dohmen Solutions Groep zullen nog enkele maanden doorlopen in het
eerste halfjaar van 2011. In 2010 hebben deze activiteiten bijgedragen
aan de omzetgroei (€ 14,3 miljoen in 8,5 maanden) maar door de
herstructureringskosten hebben ze tegelijkertijd een sterke negatieve
invloed gehad op het bedrijfsresultaat (-/- € 2,1 miljoen) en daarmee
op de winst. Voor 2011 is de verwachting dat deze activiteiten, inclusief
beperkte verdere herstructureringskosten, een kleine bijdrage aan de
winst zullen leveren.
Dankzij de overname van de activiteiten van de voormalige Dohmen
Solutions Groep, in combinatie met de gerealiseerde autonome groei,
heeft Docdata zijn positie op de Duitse e commerce markt enorm
versterkt; Docdata is hierdoor een bekende speler geworden. Tevens
heeft Docdata in 2010 in de Duitse markt voor het eerst een hogere
omzet gerealiseerd dan in de Nederlandse markt, waar Docdata een
top-3 positie bekleedt en reeds langer een bekende speler is.
Dohmen Solutions
The integration and restructuring of the activities of the former
Dohmen Solutions Group will continue for several months in the first
half-year 2011. In 2010 these activities contributed to the growth in
revenue (€ 14.3 million in 8,5 months) but due to restructuring costs
these activities also had a negative impact on the operating profit
(-/- € 2.1 million) and hence the profit. For 2011 it is expected that
these activities, including limited further restructuring costs, will have
a small contribution to the profit.
Thanks to the acquisition of the activities of the former Dohmen
Solutions Group in combination with the realised autonomous
growth, Docdata significantly strengthened its position on the German
e-commerce market and became a known player. Also, for the first time
Docdata realised a higher revenue in Germany than in the Dutch market
where Docdata holds a top-3 position and is already a known player for
a longer time.
Technologiebedrijf IAI industrial systems
Technologiebedrijf IAI industrial systems leverde in 2010 een groot
aantal hoogwaardige systemen af. Daarnaast is de omzet uit
serviceactiviteiten en de levering van deelsystemen duidelijk gestegen.
De omzet van IAI industrial systems is uitgekomen op € 18,2 miljoen,
een lichte stijging ten opzichte van 2009 maar structureel hoger dan
alle jaren voor 2009.
Het orderboek omvat eind 2010
orders met een omzetwaarde
van € 8,4 miljoen (2009: € 13,7
miljoen). De orderportefeuille
loopt achter, wat van invloed zal
zijn op de omzet en resultaten
van IAI in 2011. Daarentegen is
de pijplijn met prospects goed
gevuld; wij verwachten dat
het grootste gedeelte hiervan
vanaf 2012 tot afleveringen zal
leiden. In de markten waarin
IAI opereert hebben projecten
meestal een lange doorlooptijd.
Hierop heeft IAI slechts een zeer
geringe invloed.
IAI industrial systems wordt in
de markt voor documentbeveiliging van door overheden uitgegeven
waardedocumenten gezien als de meest hoogwaardige leverancier
van productiesystemen om documenten te personaliseren en/of te
beveiligen. In de markt voor documentbeveiliging heeft IAI, door de
ontwikkeling van nieuwe systemen, het productenpakket in de afgelopen
jaren verder uitgebreid, waardoor additionele marktsegmenten bediend

Technology company IAI industrial systems delivered in 2010 a large
number of high quality systems. Furthermore the revenue from our
service activities and the delivery of subsystems increased clearly.
The revenue of IAI industrial systems was € 18.2 million which is a
slight increase compared to 2009 but structurally higher than any
year before 2009.
The order book as per year-end
2010 includes orders with a
revenue value of € 8.4 million
(2009: € 13.7 million). The
order book is running behind,
which will have an impact on
the revenue and results of IAI
in 2011. The pipeline however
is well filled with prospects;
we expect that the major part
will only be delivered in 2012.
Projects generally have a long
lead time in the markets in
which IAI operates. IAI only has
very limited influence on this.
In the document security
market IAI industrial systems is seen as the highest quality supplier of
production systems to personalise and/or secure documents issued
by governments. IAI has further expanded the product range in the
document security market through the development of new systems
in the last years, resulting in an entrance in additional markets like the
market for decentralised personalisation. In 2010, IAI has invested in
