Bewerken van zonnecellen of -panelen
Wij willen deze markt penetreren door in te spelen op de behoefte aan
productiesystemen die het gevolg zijn van nieuwe productontwikkelingen
op het gebied van cellen en panelen. Fabrikanten van cellen en panelen
staan onder voortdurende druk hun producten goedkoper en efficiënter
(in de omzetting van zonlicht naar elektrische energie) te maken.
Bij voorkeur willen wij inspelen op de behoefte die ontstaat als een
nieuw product uit de laboratoriumfase overgaat in productie. Op dat
moment zijn nieuwe productiemiddelen nodig waarvan er later, als het
betreffende product succesvol blijkt en de productie opgeschaald wordt,
grotere aantallen van nodig zijn.
Ondanks het uitblijven van grotere opdrachten ook in 2010, voornamelijk
als gevolg van de economische crisis hebben wij in het afgelopen
jaar de investeringen in deze
markt voortgezet. We zijn er
van overtuigd dat we in 2011
en daaropvolgende jaren de
vruchten daarvan zullen plukken.
Geografisch gezien concentreren
we onze inspanningen op
Europa en met name op
Nederland en Duitsland, waarbij
onze dochteronderneming
in Berlijn in het bijzonder het
gebied rond Berlijn bewerkt
dat ook het zwaartepunt is
van de Duitse solar industrie.
Processing of solar cells or solar panels
We want to penetrate this market by addressing the need for production
systems resulting from new product developments in the field of cells
and panels. Manufacturers of cells and panels are under constant
pressure to produce cheaper and more efficient (in turning sunlight to
electricity) products. Preferably, we want to address the need originating
from the transition of a new product from the laboratory phase to
production. At that moment, new production tools are needed, of
which larger quantities are needed when the product at hand proves
successful and production is increased.
Despite the lack of large orders also in 2010, mainly due to the
economic crisis, we have continued our investments in this market in the
past year. We are convinced
that we will benefit from
our efforts in 2011 and the
following years.
Geographically we concentrate
our efforts on Europe and
mainly the Netherlands and
Germany with our subsidiary in
Berlin taking special care of the
Berlin-area which happens to
be the center of gravity of the
Germany solar industry.
Productontwikkeling
Beveiligen en personaliseren van waarde- en identiteitsdocumenten
IAI richt zich met haar security producten en diensten voornamelijk op
de markt van hoogwaardige veiligheidsdocumenten. Deze markt omvat
de productie en uitgifte van bijvoorbeeld bankbiljetten, paspoorten,
identiteitskaarten, rijbewijzen, geboortedocumenten, verblijfstitels en
eigendomsaktes.

Security market
IAI focuses mainly on the high-end security document market with its
security products and services. This market encompasses the production
and issuance of e.g. banknotes, passports, identity cards, driving
licenses, birth certificates, residence permits and deeds of ownership.
