Voor het hele bedrijf blijft het cruciaal dat wij de juiste mensen in dienst
hebben en de ‘best-in-class’ (IT) systemen in de verschillende markten
kunnen aanbieden zodat wij onze klanten elke dag weer de beste service
kunnen leveren. Het succes van onze klanten is ons succes en wij willen
het geheim achter dit succes zijn. Professionaliteit is cruciaal om de
hoogste kwaliteitsnormen en serviceniveaus voor onze klanten continu
te waarborgen.
Ik ben trots op de complete transformatie van ons bedrijf in de
afgelopen 10 jaren en de succesvolle implementatie van onze strategie.
Dit is bereikt door de enorme inzet en het enthousiasme van onze
medewerkers en het vertrouwen van onze klanten en aandeelhouders.
Speciaal wil ik ook de Raad van Commissarissen noemen die de
strategie en transitie de afgelopen 10 jaren hebben ondersteund.

Voor 2011 ligt de focus op verdere winstgevende groei. Ik ben ervan
overtuigd dat we ook in de komende jaren voldoende uitdagingen zullen
hebben. Door samen te werken, zowel binnen ons bedrijf als met onze
klanten en leveranciers, zullen wij de uitdagingen succesvol het hoofd
kunnen bieden.

behind this success. Professionalism is crucial in order to continuously
secure the highest quality norms and service levels for our clients.
I am proud of the complete transformation of our company in the last
10 years and the successful implementation of our strategy. This was
achieved through the tremendous dedication and enthusiasm of our
employees and the trust of our clients and shareholders. Especially I
would also like to mention the Supervisory Board that supported the
strategy and transition over the past 10 years. To all thank you very
much!
For 2011, the focus will be on further profitable growth. I am convinced
that we will have plenty of challenges in the coming years. By working
together, both internally and with our clients and suppliers, we will cope
with the challenges successfully.
