OFTALMOLOGIA 2 - 2006 TRATAMENTUL PALIATIV ~N KERATOPATIA EDEMATOAS| M. ZEMBA - SPITALUL CLINIC DE URGENTA MILITAR CENTRAL REZUMAT Articolul trece in revista posibilitatile de tratament paliativ al keratopatiei edematoase, medicale (agenti hipotensori, hiperosmotici) si chirurgicale ( flap conjunctival, keratotomie inelara , punctie stromala anterioara, fotokeratectomie terapeutica cu laser excimer, acoperire cu membrana amniotica) , fiecare cu indicatiile, rezultatele, avantajele si dezavantajele sale. CUVINTE CHEIE: • keratopatie edematoasa, • flap conjunctival, • keratotomie inelara, • punctie stromala anterioara, • fotokeratectomie terapeutica cu laser excimer, • acoperire cu membrana amniotica. ABSTRACT The article is a review of the possibilities of palliative treatment for bullous keratopathy, medical methods (hipotensor and hiperosmotic agents) and surgical methods (conjunctival flap, annular keratotomy, anterior stromal puncture, therapeutic fotokeratectomy and amniotic membrane use), each of them with indications, results, advantages and disadvantages. Key words: • bullous keratopathy, • conjunctival flap, • annular keratotomy, • anterior stromal puncture, • therapeutic fotokeratectomy and amniotic membrane use. Keratopatia edematoasa este un termen care defineste un edem corneean persistent, aparut in general dupa manevre de chirurgie intraoculara , de cele mai multe ori legate de extractia cataractei. Se mai utilizeaza termenul de keratopatie buloasa. 23
