ABSTRACT<br />
Recently, studies on utilization and disposing of waste materials are popular<br />
subjects. Recycling and disposing of wastes are the most economic and<br />
useful method for industrial and urban solid wastes which supply<br />
significantly energy recovery, and prevent environmental pollution.<br />
In this study, it was aimed that to utilize green glass bottles of soda and<br />
Menekşe Clay from Seyhan Lake. These materials were mixed different<br />
proportions and evaluated in artistic ceramics.<br />
Results indicated that, fine particles of green glass bottles of Soda can easily<br />
be used in different proportions such as 50% with Menekşe clay and can<br />
fired at 1100 o C.<br />

1. GİRİŞ<br />
Sanayisi gelişmiş ve kalkınmakta olan ülkelerin en önemli sorunlarından<br />
birisi çevre kirliliğidir. Bir yandan sosyal yaşantımızın getirdiği talepler<br />
karşılanırken, diğer yandan çevre ve insan sağlığını tehdit etmeyecek<br />
hammaddelerin tercih edilmesi, doğal kaynakların yüksek verimlilikle<br />
