The objective diagnostic separation of normal variations in sensorimotor<br />
development from abnormalities produced by perinatal brain injury.<br />
II. Early Neurotherapy<br />
The regular programmed application of subcortically driven elementary<br />
neuromotor functions in the reorganization of abnormally developing postural<br />
and motor functions; to reorganize abnormal attentive and contact function<br />
with the environment; to reinforce failing behavioral dynamics.<br />
