NEW HEADQUARTERS OF SLSP, BRATISLAVA
The architectural design of the new headquarters of
Slovenská Sporiteľňa a.s is characterized by clear lines
and shapes.
With its exemplary contextual and functional solutions
this office building sets international standards in terms
of aesthetics and engineering.
Four blocks of approximately the same size enclose a
40 x 40 m atrium which is spanned by a filigrane diaphragm
roof system on the top floor.
Am 6. Oktober 2006 wurde die PORR (Slovensko) a.s.
im Rahmen eines Generalunternehmervertrags beauftragt,
die neue Firmenzentrale der Slovenska Sporitelna
a.s. (Erste Group - Slowakei) in Bratislava zu errichten.
Die Abwicklung dieser Großbaustelle erfolgte in einer
internen Arbeitsgemeinschaft mit der Porr Projekt und
Hochbau AG, Bereich Großprojekte 1, Wien.
PROJEKT
Das Architektenteam Jabornegg & Pálffy aus Wien entwarf
diesen vorbildlichen Bau, der in ästhetischer wie
technischer Hinsicht internationale Maßstäbe setzt.
Luftaufnahme
The external transparency of this administrative complex
is also continued in the building interior which accomodates
some 1,600 employees. Glass partitions
provide structure to the open-plan-offices and enhance
the transparent and generous spatial effect.
Innovative construction methods (e.g. submarine slab
system) and state-of-the-art technology (e.g. cooling
and heating floors) were used for this unique building.
