Schmierung der Hängebahnantriebe für Lubrication of the monorail conveyor drive for
CH.28, BH.38, CH.48 und CH.68 CH.28, BH.38, CH.48 and CH.68
Die Getriebe CH.28 und BH.38 sind serienmäßig für die
Bauform B5-01 mit Einfüll-, Ölstands- und Ablaßschraube
ausgerüstet. Alle anderen Bauformen haben eine Ölschraube.
Eine Be-/ Entlüftung ist bei diesen Getrieben nicht erforderlich.
Alle Getriebe werden betriebsfertig mit Getriebeöl gefüllt geliefert.
Um die Getriebe mit der angemessenen Ölmenge zu
versehen, muß bei der Bestellung die Bauform angegeben
werden.
MOTOX ® -N-Hängebahnantriebe CH.28, BH.38, CH.48 und
CH.68 werden grundsätzlich vor dem Versand mit synthetischen
Schmierstoff gefüllt. Das Leistungsschild enthält Angaben
zur Ölart (PGLP) und ISO-Viskositätsklasse.
Wartung Maintenance
Dichtringe, Wälzlager und Öle haben eine zeitlich begrenzte
Lebensdauer.
Wir empfehlen folgende Wartung:
Bei durchschnittlichen Belastungs- und Temperaturverhältnissen
sollten die Schmierstoffe nach etwa 10000
Betriebsstunden gewechselt werden (BH.38 ca. 20000 Betriebsstunden).
Da sie jedoch auch bei Stillstand des Getriebes
altern und evtl. verfestigen, sollte ein
Schmierstoffwechsel unabhängig von der tatsächlichen Betriebszeit
spätestens nach 5 Jahren durchgeführt werden.

The gear units CH.28 and BH.38 are for mounting position
B5-01 furnished with filler, oil level and drain plug. The other
mounting positions have one oil plug. Ventilation of this gear
units is not necessary.
All speed reducers atr supplied with oil, ready for service. In
order to supply units with an adequate quantity of lubricant,
the type of construction must be stated when ordering.
MOTOX ® -N monorail conveyor drives CH.28, BH.38, CH.48
and CH.68 are supplied with long term lubrication. The synthetic
oil filling is added at the works. The unit’s name plate refers
oil type (PGLP) and ISO-viskosity class.
Seal rings, anti-friction bearings and oil have only a limited lifetime.
We recommend the following maintenance:
After about 10000 operating hours the oil as well as the bearing
greases should be changed (BH.38 about 20000 operating
hours). As the lubricant ages even in gear standstill it may
become hard, a change of the lubricant, not depending on the
actual operating time, should be made at the latest after 5
years.
New filling according to the tables below or to supplied
Operating Instructions respectively.
