an den jeweiligen Sensoren wurden evaluiert, was
von besonderer Bedeutung für die Lokalisierungsgenauigkeit
ist. Diese Techniken wurden bei Zugund
Biegeversuchen im Labor angewendet. Für
einen lokalen Bereich liessen sich Rissbildung und
Risswachstum sehr gut verfolgen. Ausserdem wurde
erstmals gezeigt, dass eine nichtlineare Lokalisierung
unter Berücksichtigung dreidimensionaler
Strukturen möglich ist.
Das Forschungsprojekt „Resttragfähigkeit von Verbundsicherheitsglas“
war ein Bestandteil des Forschungsprogramms
„COST-Action C13 - Glass and
Interactive Building Envelopes“. Im Rahmen dieses
Forschungsprojekts wurden am Institut für Baustatik
und Konstruktion der Eidgenössischen Technischen
Hochschule Zürich Zugversuche an Polyvinylbutyralfolie
und Bruchversuche an Verbundsicherheitsglas
durchgeführt. Aus den Messwerten
der ausgeführten Zugversuche konnte das Materialverhalten
der Zwischenfolie bei unterschiedlichen
Umweltbedingungen erklärt werden. Die Bruchversuche
an unterschiedlich gelagerten Verbundglasscheiben
bildeten die Grundlage für die rechnerische
Beurteilung der Resttragfähigkeit. Bei Verbundsicherheitsgläsern
können bezüglich ihrer Beschädigung
für die Beurteilung der Resttragfähigkeit
drei Zustände unterschieden werden. In jedem
Zustand konnte das unterschiedliche Last-Verformungsverhalten
ermittelt werden. Mithilfe der
ermittelten Bruchbilder und mit den Messungen der
Lasten sowie der Verformungen konnten Berechnungsmodelle
ausgearbeitet werden, welche in die
anschliessende Dissertation einflossen.
Quasi-static Cyclic Tests on Three Hybrid
Fibre Concrete Structural Walls
the class of Ultra High Performance Fibre
Reinforced Cementitious Composites and contain a
mix of different fibres. For the tested structural
walls a combination of several types of steel fibres
was used. The resulting HFC exhibited a very high
tensile strength and a considerable ductility. The
main goal of the performed test series was to investigate
whether or not it is possible to design structural
walls with merely flexural reinforcement if
HFC in stead of conventional concrete is used. This
report illustrates that HFC structural walls are in
fact able to reach very large displacement ductilities
(>8) without any shear or confinement reinforcement.
All tested units failed in a ductile manner and
neither spalling of cover concrete, with consequential
buckling of longitudinal reinforcement bars, nor
shear failure were observed. The report concludes
that HFC structural walls show superior seismic
performance and require less intricate and timeconsuming
reinforcement details than conventional
RC-walls. The report also addresses the issues related
to the numerical modelling of HFC structural
walls by using 3-dimensional non-linear finite element
models. Although most of the numerical predictions
were relatively accurate, some questions
related to this topic remain open and require further
investigation.
