Shows the content of the internal log file
VisCAM RP records the progression of each session in a separate log file. (File "log file" in the
VisCAM RP set-up directory.) In there, additional outputs of the conducted program functions
will be recorded.
The log file can also be opened directly by a mouse click on the array field
LOGFILE in the lower right corner of the status bar.
HINT: Often, a glance into the log file is worthwhile for acquiring additional information on
particular program activities or also for obtaining error messages.
By default, VisCAM RP overwrites the content of the previous log file on every new run. This
method can be switched off in the log file adjustments in General options. The record outputs
are then attached consecutively to the old log file.
HINT: In order to show the log file during the program execution, a Log window can be opened
in the menu Options. In the log window, the record outputs are shown directly before adding
them to the log file.
INFO: Presently, the record outputs have not yet been entirely internationalized, so some parts
of the output are still in German language.
