For convenience in this prospectus, we sometimes refer to each of these annuity contracts as an “Annuity”, and to the annuity contracts collectively as the “Annuities.” We also sometimes refer to each class by its specific name (e.g., the “B Series”). Each Sub-account of the Pruco Life Flexible Premium Variable Annuity Account invests in an underlying mutual fund – see the following page for a complete list of the Sub-accounts. Currently, portfolios of Advanced Series Trust are being offered. Certain Sub-accounts are not available if you participate in an optional living benefit – see “Limitations With Optional Benefits” later in this prospectus for details.
