Manger redistributes device b<strong>and</strong>width as the total available b<strong>and</strong>width decreases from 800 MB/s to 420<br />
MB/s <strong>and</strong> then to 320 MB/s.<br />
Note how the B<strong>and</strong>width Manager keeps the b<strong>and</strong>width <strong>for</strong> each application at the low b<strong>and</strong>width watermark.<br />
When total available device b<strong>and</strong>width falls under the sum of the low b<strong>and</strong>width watermarks, the B<strong>and</strong>width<br />
Manager decreases b<strong>and</strong>width <strong>for</strong> all processes proportionally towards zero.<br />
