and starts to take shape again, forming into an foggy animal. Slowly it resolves itself, individual features
appearing from the heavy fog until you look into the eyes of the animal which is the beast-shape of your
soul. You know that this is your fylgja standing before you.
The saddle and reins which bound you and the horse together are still upon your fetch, though they
are in a form suited to it. Moving foward, you take the reins lightly in your hand and seat yourself upon
your fetch’s back, urging it on with a thought. Your fetch bears you from the top of the mountain out into
the sea of fog below, moving easily and surely through the seething mist between air, water, and earth.
You know that you could turn it to ride through any of the worlds now, but it is time for you to return to
your own body in Midgardhr again.
You ride down through the fog to your earthly shape. Both you and your fylgja merge into it as
one, your feet firmly planted on the earth, knowing the power and the part of your being that you can
always reach through the rune ehwaz.
