ling untill it Comes to a black Oak Straddle, marked, Standing on
the Rocks, being a bound of Land Set out to Lydia, one of the
Heirs of the afores'd Deceas d , thence Running about 50 rods
by and adjoining on the Land Set out to y e S d Lydia, to a Red
Oake Straddle, marked Stones by it, Standing by Ezra Selden's
Land, thence Runing by and adjoining on S d Selden's Land untill
it comes to the aforesaid Highway Thence Westwardly by S d
Highway untill it Comes to the S d Mill Stream, as also that part
of the Corn Mill and Stream with all other appurtenances which is
to s d mill belonging, that is to say, all that part of s d Corn Mill
which doth belong to or is a part of the Estate of the s d deceased
(one half share) and also for her part of the Buildings, is one
3 d part there of (viz) in the Dwelling House is the Middle Room
and the Chamber that is over the Middle Room aforesaid and the
Bed Room that is adjoining s d Middle room and the one half of
the Cellar that is under the S d Bedroom." Sarah was also given
a one third part of the barn with the privilege of the threshing
floor in the barn and one third of the store house " being the west
End thereof." She received in addition one third of the personal

To the eldest son, Samuel, was given " a double Portion " in
real estate " of the s d Deceas d (viz. ) about Ninty Two Acres of
Land lying and being on the Northerly Side of the afore said
Highway " and adjoining land of " William Starling's one of the
Coheirs of s d Deceas sd " on the northwest. " Also Set to him, the
s d Samuel for his part and portion of the Buildings (viz) the Re-
maining part of the Barn, being the whole there of Except what
is before Set out to the s d widow and also the Remaining part of
the Store House, being the whole there of except what is before
