Because K30 and K60 treatments sessions are the only longitud<strong>in</strong>ally comparable data,<br />

and s<strong>in</strong>ce multid<strong>is</strong>cipl<strong>in</strong>ary therapy <strong>is</strong> the focus of th<strong>is</strong> study, we excluded all other<br />

treatments from th<strong>is</strong> graph.<br />

K60 accounts for the largest part of the growth <strong>in</strong> expenditures (€) and has no negative<br />

growth dur<strong>in</strong>g the period under review. <strong>The</strong> expenditures for K30 <strong>in</strong>creased <strong>in</strong> the<br />

period 2001 – 2004 <strong>with</strong> a negative growth <strong>in</strong> 2004 as well for ambulatory care out<br />

patients) as hospitalized patients (<strong>in</strong> patients).<br />
