Robert Arenburg is a Senior Technical Consultant in the Solutions Enablement<br />

organization in the <strong>IBM</strong> Systems and Technology Group and is located in Austin,<br />

Texas. He has a PhD in Engineering Mechanics from Virginia Tech. He has<br />

worked at <strong>IBM</strong> for 13 years. His areas of expertise include high performance<br />

computing, performance, capacity planning, 3D graphics, solid mechanics,<br />

computational, and finite element methods.<br />

Bradley Elkin is a Senior Software Engineer for <strong>IBM</strong> U.S. He holds a PhD in<br />

Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and has 17 years of<br />

experience in high performance computing. His areas of expertise include<br />

applications in computational fluid mechanics, computational chemistry, and<br />

bioinformatics. He has written several articles for <strong>IBM</strong> ^ Development<br />

Domain.<br />

Rogeli Grima is a research staff member at the CEPBA <strong>IBM</strong> Research Institute<br />

in Spain. He has three years of experience in applied mathematics. He has also<br />

collaborated on the development of <strong>BladeCenter</strong> <strong>JS20</strong> solution for<br />

bioinformatics.<br />

James Kelly is a Systems Architect in <strong>IBM</strong> Australia specializing in deep<br />

computing. He has 17 years of experience in system engineering and technical<br />

sales support. His current areas of expertise include the solution design,<br />

benchmarking, and installation of server clusters running either AIX or Linux, to<br />

support the installation of high performance computing applications.<br />
