Building utilities to determine whether they have been elevated or, when instructions are provided,<br />

installed to resist flood damage<br />

Existence of as-built documentation of elevations<br />

If a plan review and inspection checklist have been used, verification that have been signed off and<br />

placed in the permit file with all other inspection documentation<br />
