Single Activity Permit (SAP) or Multiple Activity Permit (MAP)<br />

LEGAL AUTHORITY:<br />

A.R.S. § 49-112<br />

Pima County Code (PCC) 17.12.470<br />

CONDITIONS REQUIRING PERMITS, AUTHORIZATIONS OR FILINGS:<br />

Use of equipment for the purpose of land stripping, earthmoving, blasting (except blasting<br />

associated with an individual source permit issued for mining), trenching or road construction.<br />

EXEMPTIONS:<br />

See PCC 17.12.470.F.<br />

FEES:<br />

Refer to Pima County Code Table 17.12.540.<br />

AVERAGE PROCESSING TIME:<br />

One working day or less. Permits are valid for one year from the date of issue.<br />
