Pima County Drinking Water Permit<br />

LEGAL AUTHORITY:<br />

A.R.S. § 49-112<br />

Pima County Code - 7.37.040<br />

CONDITIONS REQUIRING PERMITS, AUTHORIZATIONS OR FILINGS:<br />

This is the operating permit for drinking water quality for facilities subject to county<br />

jurisdiction.<br />

EXEMPTIONS:<br />

Facilities which are not subject to regulations under state code and the delegation agreement.<br />

FEES:<br />

Minimum fee of $125 with additional fees depending upon the number of service connections<br />

and sources.<br />

AVERAGE PROCESSING TIME:<br />

Minimum processing time is approximately two weeks.<br />

Permit is valid for one year<br />
