40 C.F.R. 279.56 (Processors/Re-refiners)<br />

40 C.F.R. 279.74 (Marketers)<br />

CONDITIONS REQUIRING PERMITS, AUTHORIZATIONS OR FILINGS:<br />

Each used oil transporter, processor/re-refiners, and marketers is required to submit a written<br />

quarterly report of its used oil activities to ADEQ. Each quarterly report shall provide<br />

information about the company's used oil activities for the preceding calendar quarter.<br />

ADEQ has developed “standardized” reporting forms but, the following general reporting<br />

requirements are offered as guidance.<br />

Each written report shall provide the following information for the preceding calendar<br />

quarter:<br />

1) Total volume of used oil transported, processed or re-refined, or sold.<br />

1) Names and addresses of the facilities to which the used oil was transported.<br />

2) Names and addresses of the transporters used to transport the used oil.<br />

4) Summary of the tracking information required to be kept pursuant to 40 C.F.R. 279.<br />
