Laboratory for Solid State Structures is engaged in fundamental and applied research in the following<br />
directions : • physics and technology <strong>of</strong> semiconductor materials (A4B6 compounds, single crystals,<br />
thin films, multilayer structures); • impurity states in A4B6 compounds; • transport phenomena,<br />
photoelectrical properties, optical properties; • IR sensors; • nanomaterials and nanostructures based<br />
on semiconductor materials.<br />
