The main aims <strong>of</strong> the Laboratory <strong>of</strong> Environmental Technology and Standardization :<br />
• Develop ecological technologies to protect agricultural crops;<br />
• Study populations <strong>of</strong> harmful arthropods;<br />
• Use <strong>of</strong> low-toxicity insecticides to reduce harmful arthropods;<br />
• Methods <strong>of</strong> overcoming resistance <strong>of</strong> the major pests in apple orchards<br />
In the laboratory, there are 8 scientists working, 5 <strong>of</strong> which are PhD Doctors.<br />
