The strategic direction of the laboratory : establishing the medico-biological effects of ionizing radiations
at various biological levels (population, individum, cell, molecule, DNA). Number of staff : 8.
Research achievements : • quantification and mapping of the natural and technogen radionuclides in
the environment during the last 30 years (including radon); • establishing medico-biological effects
of ionizing radiations; • health estimation and control of radiation therapy and radiation diagnostic
investigation.
