The Laboratory of Terpenoid Chemistry is one of the leading research groups in the field of natural
product chemistry and synthesis in Moldova. The main research focus is placed on the link between
highly valued targets (biologically active, crop protection, fragrance, and available raw materials of
agricultural origin). The group has received numerous grants form the EU and US funding agencies and
succeeded in implementation of its own elaborations in production at local Moldova enterprises.
