device is a hand-held breath tester with<br />

a fuel cell alcohol sensor that is<br />

microprocessor controlled. It is<br />

designed to minimize operator<br />

involvement in performing the test and<br />

processing the test data.<br />

The CPL has been amended to add<br />

these two instruments to the list.<br />

In accordance with the foregoing, the<br />

CPL is therefore amended, as set forth<br />

below.<br />
