Station Recommendations Station access recommendations were developed in response to station needs. Like the needs identified in the previous section, Naylor Road Station access recommendations are divided into two general categories: • Recommendations based on deficiencies observed in the existing station area configuration that can be addressed either as part of or before TOD implementation, and • TOD-based recommendations, or those recommendations tied to and made necessary by the expected redevelopment of the station area.
