INTRODUCTION

This Part is set out as follows:
i) Part 13.1 includes general controls that apply to all development
on Greenweb lands;
ii) Parts 13.2 – 13.5 provide objectives and controls for each of the
categories of biodiversity significance for the lands identified on
the Greenweb Map at 13R.1, based on the main functions and
objectives of each area.
iii) Part 13.6 provides for no net loss of biodiversity and outlines
mechanisms to achieve this.
The Greenweb map is provided at 13R1 of this Part and identifi es each
Greenweb category.
Note: The NSW Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995, NSW National
Parks and Wildlife Act 1974, the NSW Fisheries Management Act 1994, and
the Commonwealth Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation
Act 1999 may also apply to proposed works within these lands.
