Objectives<br />
1 To ensure streetscape<br />
consistency.<br />
Controls<br />
1 All buildings within the <strong>Pymble</strong> <strong>Business</strong> <strong>Park</strong> must comply with the<br />
setback controls in Part 5 of this DCP.<br />
2 To ensure adequate<br />
areas to enable effective<br />
landscaping and tree<br />
planting<br />
3 To protect privacy and<br />
amenity of any adjoining<br />
residential land uses.<br />
4 To ensure adequate<br />
separation between<br />
buildings on different sites<br />
for sun access, acoustic<br />
control and natural<br />
ventilation.<br />
2 The following elements may encroach into setback areas:<br />
i) eaves;<br />
ii) sun shading; and<br />
iii) blades, fins, columns.<br />
3 Basements must not encroach into the front, side and rear setbacks.<br />
4 Surface parking is not permitted within the street setback.<br />
