Reverse Circulating Junk Basket (RCJB), Bowen or equivalent
make:
1. One (1) no. 4.1/2” OD, Complete Assembly No. 70702.
(Note for RCJB: Reverse Circulating Junk Basket should be
complete with standard accessories like top sub, catcher assembly,
mill shoe & magnet insert. It should be suitable to work inside both
5.1/2” OD (17-23 ppf) & 7” OD (23-29 ppf) Casings.)

casing.

casing.
4. One (1) no. Tapered Mill to work inside 7” OD (23-29 ppf)

5. One (1) no. Skirted Mill to work inside 5.1/2” OD (17-23 ppf)

(Note for Mills: Worn-out mill(s) after performing any milling
operation to be dressed / refurbished using Bowen or equivalent
makes Eutectic Electrodes, Flux etc.)

NOTE: Fishing tool should be in workable condition at all the time of
operation. Hence, adequate spares are to be kept & maintained accordingly
by contractor.
7.10 BLOW OUT PREVENTER, for each rig:
a) One Double RAM hydraulic BOP [Cameron/NOV/Hydril make only]
7.1/16” x 5,000 psi flanged bottom connection and 7.1/16” x 5M
studded / flanged top connection, dressed with 2.7/8” ram in top
cavity & blind ram in bottom cavity. The BOP should meet API Spec.
16A & should bear API monogram.
b) One double studded Crossover flange: 7.1/16” x 5M - 7.1/16” x10M.
The double studded crossover flange should meet API Spec. 16A &
should bear API monogram.
