INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS<br />
1.0 Bidder shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission<br />
of bid. <strong>Oil</strong> <strong>India</strong> <strong>Limited</strong>, hereinafter referred to as Company, will in no case<br />
be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome<br />
of the bidding process.<br />
A. BID DOCUMENTS<br />
2.0 The services required, bidding procedures and contract terms are prescribed<br />
in the Bid Document. This Bid Document includes the following:<br />

2.1 The bidder is expected to examine all instructions, forms, terms and<br />
specifications in the Bid <strong>Documents</strong>. Failure to furnish all information<br />
required in the Bid <strong>Documents</strong> or submission of a bid not substantially<br />
responsive to the Bid <strong>Documents</strong> in every respect will be at the Bidder's risk<br />
& responsibility and may result in the rejection of its bid.<br />
3.0 TRANSFERABILITY OF BID DOCUMENTS :<br />
3.1 Bid <strong>Documents</strong> are non-transferable. Bid can be submitted only in the<br />
name of the bidder in whose name the Bid Document has been issued.<br />
3.2 Unsolicited offers will not be considered and will be rejected straightway.
