heavy motor vehicle. The bio data of Crane Operator should be
furnished along with the technical bid in format shown in
Annexure – II).
2. Working hours of the Crane Operator: 12 Hrs (i.e. During
General shift and as and when required). Bidder to confirm
while quoting.
d. Light Duty Truck - One for two rigs: One (1) light duty truck having
GVW of at least 11 Ton with jugalis is to be provided for
transportation of Bits, Mills, light consumables, chemicals, etc. from
Company‟s yard/Godown. Loading/ Unloading is to be carried out by
the Contractor.
e. Well Site Mud Plant (One Set for Two Rigs): One centrally located
mud plant for two (2) rigs operation shall be provided, maintained &
managed by the contractor. The mud plant will be erected within the
well site where it is required. The following are the requirements for
the mud plant.
1. Water storage tank: One (1) no. 250 bbl capacity.
2. Mud storage tanks: Two (2) nos. 400 bbl capacity each (total
capacity 400 bbl).
3. Mud Agitators: All the mud storage tanks shall be equipped
with sufficient nos. of Electric motor driven agitators so that
the mud does not get settled down.
4. A mud preparing / loading pump set (reciprocating or
centrifugal), diesel engine / electric motor driven, having
discharge capacity of 350 GPM.
5. A source water pump set for collecting water requirement for
preparation of mud.
6. A diesel generating set of required capacity to run all the
electrical appliances and for illumination of the mud plant.
7. All necessary pipes, fittings, valves, etc. to erect the mud plant.
f. Standard Mud Testing Laboratory (One for two Rigs): One (1)
standard mud testing laboratory for two rigs shall be provided by the
contractor. The mud testing laboratory should have the requisite
mud testing equipment including but not limited to Mud balance,
Fann Viscometer, API fluid loss apparatus with dead weight tester,
PH meter, Salinity measurement, etc. along with the laboratory &
necessary mud testing equipment / apparatus etc.
GENERAL NOTE FOR ADDITIONAL ITEMS: OIL shall have the option to
advise mobilization of goods/services covered under Clause No. 7.14(a),
7.14(e) & 7.14(f) above along with the Rig packages or at a later date by
giving 60 days written notice.
7.15 OTHER SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED FOR EACH RIG OPERATION
A. MUD ENGINEERING SERVICES
(i) OIL shall provide a mud/ workover fluid programme based on
the depth data/casing policy as indicated in this document
