5. Proper insulation mat should be placed in front of switch, panel<br />
board etc.<br />
6. Should have FLP torch, Insulation Tester, Multimeter, Earth<br />
Tester and Electrician‟s Tool Kit.<br />
7. Job supervision has to be done by a competent person,<br />
possessing supervisor‟s certificate of competency (part no. VIII)<br />
issued / endorsed by state licensing board of Assam.<br />
v) COMMISSIONIG REPORT & STATUTORY RECORDS: One<br />
commissioning and statutory record register should be maintained by<br />
Contractor to record the following-<br />
Insulation resistance of all motors, generators, cables,<br />
distribution board, transformer etc. (in each rig up & monthly).<br />
Earth resistance of all electrodes. (in each rig up & monthly).<br />
Test record of RCCBs (monthly).<br />
Maintenance of FLP equipments (yearly).<br />
Electrical Log sheet (daily), Annexure – XII (Format of Annexure<br />
– XII of IER will be provided by OIL.<br />
E. CEMENTING SERVICES<br />
i) OIL shall perform the cementation jobs such as Squeeze<br />
cementation, Cement plug job etc. as per the requirement of well<br />
completion policy at the wells planned for work over jobs. The<br />
Contractor shall provide the necessary tools, equipment and<br />
services of personnel to enable OIL to carry out the jobs<br />
successfully. Contractor‟s pump shall be used to pump cement<br />
slurry. Expected parameters are 2500 psi, (max.)<br />

The Contractor shall be required to assist OIL in performing all<br />
secondary cementation jobs at all the wells.<br />
<strong>Oil</strong> may at any time decide to utilise a cementing unit for<br />
carrying out the cementation job. Further the Contractor will<br />
carry out cleaning / flushing of cementing unit and associated<br />
surface lines after completion of the cementing jobs.<br />
During cementation readiness: The Contractor shall, during<br />
the cementing job, attend to all problems, render help and rectify<br />
all defects to the satisfaction of OIL‟s cementing Engineer. These<br />
shall include equipment and accessories supplied by OIL also.<br />
v) Post Cementation follow up action: The Contractor shall carry<br />
out cleaning and flushing to remove all traces of cement from<br />
unwanted locations. They shall also disassemble and<br />
remove/load all OIL‟s equipment, which are required to be<br />
removed after the mandatory period.
