c) WELL COMPLETION/WELL ABANDONMENT: After completion of a<br />
well successfully, Contractor will provide the completion report of the<br />
well with all information and events including above-mentioned<br />
information. In case of abandonment of a well, abandonment report,<br />
in addition to above, will be provided by the Contractor in Company‟s<br />
prescribed format or as per requirement.<br />
7.4 CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION: All information obtained by<br />
Contractor in the conduct of operations hereunder, including but not<br />
limited to, depth, formations penetrated, testing, surveying etc. shall be<br />
considered confidential and shall not be divulged by Contractor or its<br />
employees to any one other than Company‟s representative. This obligation<br />
of Contractor shall be in force even after the termination of the Contract.<br />
7.5 Contractor shall carryout normal maintenance of Company‟s items at well<br />
site excepting for those items which Contractor is not qualified to, or<br />
cannot maintain or repair, with its normal complement of personnel and<br />
equipment.<br />
7.6 Contractor should provide the list of items to be imported in the format<br />
specified in Proforma-A for issuance of recommendatory letter to<br />
Directorate General of Hydrocarbons (DGH), New Delhi for clearance of<br />
goods from <strong>India</strong>n customs at concessional (nil) rate of customs duty.<br />
7.7 Contractor shall arrange for inland transportation of all equipment, etc.<br />
from the port to the place of work and back at the end of the work at their<br />
own expense. Arrangement of Road Permits and payment of Assam Entry<br />
Tax for bringing Contractor‟s equipment/material to Work place shall be<br />
Contractor‟s responsibility.<br />
7.8 In case the Contractor imports the equipment etc. on re-export basis, the<br />
Contractor shall ensure re-export of the equipment and all consumables<br />
and spares (except those consumed during the contract period) and<br />
complete all documentation required. Company will issue necessary<br />
certificates etc. as required. The Contractor should arrange re-export of<br />
equipment within 60 days of notice of demobilization issued by the<br />
Company. If the re-export is not completed within the specified period,<br />
customs duty, penalty etc. levied by customs authorities for such delay<br />
shall be to Contractor's account and same will be deducted by the<br />
Company from Contractor's bills and security deposit.<br />
8.1 COMPANY’S SPECIAL OBLIGATIONS<br />
8.2 Company shall at its cost, provide items and services as shown in this<br />
document.<br />
8.3 Company shall be responsible at its cost, for maintaining adequate stock<br />
levels of its items and replenishing the same as deemed necessary, unless<br />
specified to the contrary elsewhere in the contract.<br />
8.4 Ingress and Egress at location: Company shall provide Contractor<br />
requisite certificates for obtaining rights of ingress to egress from the<br />
locations, where operations are to be carried out, including any certificate
