Demobilization charges include demobilization of “Crane” under Clause No. 7.14(c) of Section-II. The monthly operational / rental charges which includes the crane operator / crew charges for round the clock duty and will be payable from the time the Rig is rigged up and made ready for killing the well, until the contract is expired / terminated / cancelled but subject to following: Proportionate monthly operational / rental charges will be payable for part month. No monthly operational / rental charges will be payable for the period the “Crane” remains out of order or is not in working condition. The running charges are payable for moving of crane from one working site to another but not for movement of crane within in the surrounding of a working well site. D. Light Duty Truck - One No. for two rigs Mobilization charges include mobilization of “Light Duty Truck” under Clause No. 7.14(d) of Section-II. Demobilization charges include demobilization of “Light Duty Truck” under Clause No. 7.14(d) of Section-II. The monthly operational / rental charges which includes the jugalis / crew charges for round the clock duty and will be payable from the time the Rig is rigged up and made ready for killing the well, until the contract is expired / terminated / cancelled but subject to following: Proportionate monthly operational / rental charges will be payable for part month. No monthly operational / rental charges will be payable for the period the “Light Duty Truck” remains out of order or is not in working condition. The running charges are payable for the Kilometer run in a calendar month based on the daily log sheet signed by OIL‟s representative. E. Well Site Mud Plant – One Set for Two Rigs Mobilization charges include mobilization of “Well Site Mud Plant” under Clause No. 7.14(e) of Section-II. Demobilization charges include demobilization of “Well Site Mud Plant” under Clause No. 7.14(e) of Section-II. The operating day rate will become payable on 24 hrs. Day basis from the time any mud is prepared until the mud preparation job is over. This needs to be certified by OIL‟s representative.
The Standby day rate will be payable on 24 hrs. Day basis whenever there is no mud preparation job or waiting for company‟s order and all the equipments are ready to accept any job of mud preparation. (Note: No operating day rate / standby day rate will be payable for the period the “Well Site Mud Plant” remains out of order or is not in working condition). The shifting charges are payable for moving of “Well Site Mud Plant” from one working site to another. No operating day rate / standby day rate will be payable during the shifting period. F. Standard Mud Testing Laboratory – One for Two Rigs Mobilization charges include mobilization of “Standard Mud Testing Laboratory” under Clause No. 7.14(f) of Section-II. Demobilization charges include demobilization of “Standard Mud Testing Laboratory” under Clause No. 7.14(f) of Section-II. The operating day rate will become payable on 24 hrs. Day basis from the time any mud testing job is carried until the mud testing job is over. This needs to be certified by OIL‟s representative. The Standby day rate will be payable on 24 hrs. Day basis whenever there is no mud testing job or waiting for company‟s order and all the equipments are ready to accept any job of mud testing. GENERAL NOTES FOR ADDITIONAL ITEMS: OIL shall have the option to mobilize all or any of the goods/services covered under item Nos. 9(A), 9(E) & 9(F) above along with the rig package or at a later date by giving 60 days written notice.
