7080 - Support Apartment<br />

(Licensed Program)<br />

An apartment-based residential program which provides support designed to improve or<br />

ma<strong>in</strong>ta<strong>in</strong> an <strong>in</strong>dividual’s ability to live as <strong>in</strong>dependently as possible, and eventually access<br />

generic hous<strong>in</strong>g. Interventions are provided consistent with the resident’s desire, tolerance, and<br />

capacity to participate <strong>in</strong> services. Resident/staff contacts occur on a flexible schedule, as<br />

appropriate to the needs and desires <strong>of</strong> the resident.<br />

This is a type <strong>of</strong> Licensed Hous<strong>in</strong>g/Community Residential program for adults as def<strong>in</strong>ed <strong>in</strong><br />

7340 - Comprehensive PROS without Cl<strong>in</strong>ic<br />

(Licensed Program)<br />

Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) is a comprehensive recovery oriented<br />

program for <strong>in</strong>dividuals with severe and persistent mental illness. The goal <strong>of</strong> the program is to<br />

<strong>in</strong>tegrate treatment, support and rehabilitation <strong>in</strong> a manner that facilitates the <strong>in</strong>dividual's<br />

recovery. Goals for <strong>in</strong>dividuals <strong>in</strong> the program are to: improve function<strong>in</strong>g, reduce <strong>in</strong>patient<br />

utilization, reduce emergency services, reduce contact with the crim<strong>in</strong>al justice system, <strong>in</strong>crease<br />

employment, atta<strong>in</strong> higher levels <strong>of</strong> education and secure preferred hous<strong>in</strong>g. There are four<br />

"service components" <strong>in</strong> the program: Community Rehabilitation and Support (CRS), Intensive<br />

Rehabilitation (IR), Ongo<strong>in</strong>g Rehabilitation and Support (ORS) and Cl<strong>in</strong>ical Treatment. This<br />

program does not <strong>in</strong>clude the optional Cl<strong>in</strong>ic Treatment component.<br />

8050 - Community Residence S<strong>in</strong>gle Room Occupancy (CR-SRO)<br />

(Licensed Program)<br />

The s<strong>in</strong>gle room occupancy residence which provides long-term hous<strong>in</strong>g where residents can<br />

access the support services they require to live successfully <strong>in</strong> the community and to eventually<br />

move to other residential sett<strong>in</strong>gs. Front desk coverage is provided 24 hours per day. <strong>Mental</strong><br />

health services are provided either by program staff or non-residential service providers,<br />

accord<strong>in</strong>g to a plan which is developed jo<strong>in</strong>tly by the provider and resident. Individuals may<br />

rema<strong>in</strong> <strong>in</strong> residence as long as the services provided <strong>in</strong> the program are needed.<br />

This is a type <strong>of</strong> Licensed Hous<strong>in</strong>g/Community Residential program for adults as def<strong>in</strong>ed <strong>in</strong><br />
