communications, first aid, equipment ma<strong>in</strong>tenance,<br />

emergency room techniques and procedures,<br />

patient handl<strong>in</strong>g and position<strong>in</strong>g, and knowledge <strong>of</strong><br />

procedures and equipment used for obstetrics,<br />

respiratory and cardiac emergencies who has<br />

passed an exam<strong>in</strong>ation <strong>in</strong> the regular and advanced<br />

American Red Cross first aid courses and other<br />

tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g as required by the Commissioner <strong>of</strong> <strong>Health</strong>.
