Operator Controls
The KODAK VERSAMARK VL2000 Printing System (the VL2000) contains
the standard modules shown in Figure 1. The standard modules include
an print tower, system controller, and at least one print station. A second
print station is required for printing process color. The following modules
may be added to your printing system.
• Unwind unit
• Processing unit for punching, perforating, or punching and perforating
the paper
• Still picture unit
• MICR unit
• Sheeter-stacker unit
• Folding unit
• Rewind unit
Several manufacturers produce these units with electronic and
mechanical interfaces that are compatible with the VL2000. Refer to the
manufacturer documents for operating any optional modules.
For supplying the print job information and data, the printing system
installed in your plant has a KODAK VERSAMARK CS300 CS410 System
Controller.
