Rewind Unit
External Power and Air Connections.
To reset an emergency stop, pull the button back out. Refer to
“Recovering From an Emergency Stop” on page 180 in Chapter 2 for
more information.
Air injection coupling
Located on the GS of the unit, is used to inflate the bladder in the
rewind shaft, which keeps the rolls from spinning.
Drive belt
The drive belt uses a drive roller to spin the roll.

Drag bar
A stationary bar that includes a tension sensor to assist in detecting
loose web and tight web conditions.
Idle guide feed roller
A stationary roller that feeds web to the drag bar.
Dancer Roller
A roller on a slide that permits it to take up or release the web. The
position of the dancer roller signals the unwind to increase or
decrease web speed. If the dancer roller moves too high, a web break
is reported, and the transport stops.

Located near the bottom of the unit on the GS, at the paper inlet end of
