In summary, initial investigation shows that faults happen very frequently at the<br />

field sites. For example, six of the sixteen investigated RTUs have liquid line restriction<br />

faults, seven of them have refrigerant charge faults, <strong>and</strong> four of them have more than two<br />

simultaneous faults. Seven of the sixteen investigated RTUs justify service immediately.<br />
