The two sites differ in the number of rooftop units used, with the Watt Avenue building using one two-stage unit and the Bradshaw Road building using two smaller single-stage units. According to York International's regional support representative, the units are custom designed for supply to McDonalds Corporation for the PlayPlace areas.
